Directional Drilling
Civtec has excellent capability in directional drilling. With experienced staff and high quality equipment, Civtec has a proven track record in delivering directional drilling services in high density areas.
Our directional drilling service can be used for the installation of ducting for telecommunication, gas networks, electricity and water utilities; main, house connections, drainage, sewer, storm water. Due to the trenchless technology, works are undertaken with minimal need for excavation and reinstatement, reduced costs, increased environmental sensitivity and reduced interruption to daily operations for you, the customer.
Civtec has four directional drills of varying sizes from recognised manufacturers such as Ditch Witch and Vermeer.
Underground Thrusting
Civtec’s beginnings are founded upon underground thrusting and as a result, has solidified this division with a strong team, and excellent track record and quality service provision.
Our thrusting tools complement our directional drills and in most cases offer an economical alternative to the larger drills. This allows us to meet the needs of our customer no matter the size of the job.
Civtec uses Grundomat and Hammerhead horizontal thrusters, recognised as the world’s best in trenchless technology.
Civil Works & Utilities
Civtec offers a variety of civil work services including minor structural repairs, trenching, streetlight installation, reinstatement, paving and drainage and uses the latest technology. These civil works range from small to large projects.
Civtec has the ability to provide a high quality output tailored to the customers’ requirements. Civtec has high quality civil equipment including Hitachi excavators, trenchers, demolition hammers and concrete saws.
